Justified violence or just problematic?

Octavia has a pattern of violence, against people she cares about and/or because she is lashing out in emotion. Octavia always believes she is justified (she’s never been shown to regret it). Other characters have yet to tell her this pattern is wrong or dangerous. 

I’m going to go through these scenes one at a time, what’s going through Octavia’s mind and how the writing holds her to a different standard that everyone else.

This is anti-Octavia. Mostly about the way she is written and the hypocrisy the writers don’t seem to see.
