I live about 20 minutes from Stanford. This has me SO ANGRY and even more angry rhat I live in the wrong county to vote this fucking bastard out of his fucking seat.

Also the father is equally horrible and I suspect from his comments, a rapist went unreported. He thinks that six months of punishment is too harsh for “20 minutes of action.” He thinks his precious rapist should be allowed to do community service and speak to people about the dangers of binge drinking.

Honestly I hope I never see this little bastard in person because I’d get arrested trying to beat him senseless.

If you know anyone who lives in Santa Clara county, Judge Aaron Persky is up for re-election this week, and he’s the piece of human waste that gave this sentence out. GET HIM VOTED OUT. I live in SF County, so I can’t vote him out, but if you live in the San Jose area, you most likely can! VOTE ON TUESDAY
